Customised set up of accounting software program for new businesses or migrating from another system
Service Description
This service includes assisting the client to select the appropriate accounting software package for their business. Customising & setup of the file to suit your business needs, connecting bankfeeds, customised invoicing, logo & opening balances. Setup/Import of Customer Details, Suppliers, Inventory, Products & Services (limit of 20 if manually entered - extras additional cost $75/hr) OR migrating data from another software package. Additional charges will be incurred for : 1. The monthly software subscription fees charged by the selected third party accounting software (Xero, Quick Books, MYOB etc). This does not apply if you pay your own subscriptions directly. 2. Setting up the system for staff & payroll - including enabling single touch payroll (STP), ATO electronic lodgement services (ESA) & super clearinghouse setup where required. 3. Manual data entry of Customers, Suppliers, Inventory, Products & Services above 20 limit charged at service fee of $75/hr. N.B. STS has a range of discounts we can offer for the purchase of Quickbooks, Xero & MYOB as we are a registered partner and Advisor for all these software programs.
