This service includes assisting the client to select the appropriate Book Keeping/accounting software package for their business. Setting up the chart of accounts and integrating with the clients bank accounts. Migrating data from one program to another Setting up staff in new system Verifying accounts As pricing for the Accounting software varies depending on the company, the number of employees and the adds ons selected additional charges will be incurred for the annual package subscription fees. Subscription fees can be paid in advance or on a monthly basis. N.B. STS has a range of discounts we can offer for the purchase of Quick Books as we are a registered partner.
